# Kommt mein E-Bike geladen bei mir an?

Der Akku ist nicht komplett geladen und befindet sich unmittelbar nach dem Versand im „Tiefschlafmodus“. Wir empfehlen, den Akku vor der ersten Fahrt einmal komplett aufzuladen. Dieser Ladevorgang nimmt in der Regel ca. 4-7 Stunden in Anspruch.
